My first venture to Disney World. One word..... Amazing.

For divers who just can't get enough of being underwater, we have the hotel for you! At the Jules Undersea Lodge in Key Largo, FL - a genuine underwater research facility - you can spend the entire night underwater, including gourmet dinners and breakfasts. You can spend multiple nights underwater without having to surface. And if you're not certified yet, don't worry; you can get PADI or NAUI certified by taking their Habitat Specialty Program. Overnight stays are $475.

The Yokiel family visited for a quick weekend getaway in late April 2009. We traveled with our daughter, Tivoli, who was just turning 1 years old. We truly enjoyed our stay, and found it to be an incredible resort for young families especially. It is was just voted one of the top 10 family-friendly resorts by Parenting magazine, and we definitely saw why.

Tranquility Bay is the perfect place to spend time in the Keys; it's located quite far along the chain, only 45 min. from Key West. They have whole houses to rent, some even located directly on a beautiful white sand beach, steps to the water. They also have 2 pools, a Tiki bar, restaurant, putting green and watercraft rental. You rent by the day rather than by the week so you can begin your stay any day of the week. The houses are furnished like beach houses should be- comfortable and spacious, tropical colors, full kitchen and fridge with an ice maker, and a great outdoor porch that steps down to the beach. The location is perfect- several really fun, excellent restaurants specializing in seafood but also with great bar food type menus as well. Many are located on the water with perfect views of the gulf.

If, while strolling the sidewalks of sunny South Beach, you happen to see a purple and neon lighthouse tower, you will know you have discovered the Waldorf. Built in 1937, this adorable 45-room hotel has been completely redecorated, but it still retains all of its original charm. The hotel has its own restaurant, Compass Cafe, as well as its own Compass Market, which supplies tourists and locals with gourmet foods and healthy snacks. The beach, fabulous restaurants, all kinds of shopping, Miami's best clubs are only steps away.

Built in 1939, this hotel is a registered historic landmark. It has plenty of colorful art deco style but manages to keep room prices fairly low. It is located in the center of South Beach, a prime location for shopping, dining, sunbathing and dancing. The hotel offers a continental breakfast in the lobby, a full-service bar as well as a wonderful Italian restaurant, I Paparazzi. Upon request, the hotel provides limousine service, in-room massages and other luxury services. During low season, prices are approximately 15 percent lower.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for anyone who wants to be within walking to shopping, dining and clubbing. Sip on a cocktail or have a mid-afternoon snack in the Safari Bar/Cafe. There's plenty of action right outside the front door.
