HwaSooMok

The name HwaSooMok means water, wood, fire, and a graceful garden situated along a stone wall of the restaurant is decorated with these three natural elements. The clean white color scheme is brightened by numerous antiques on display. The menu is extensive and varied. The seafood is highly recommended, while bingsoo (an iced bean and fruit dessert) is very popular in the summer months. For something different, try the chonbokjook (Clam Porridge), or the Italian Chongtong Razana. Plenty of cool drinks are also on offer. The restaurant's basement sometimes features a live jazz music show.

Holly's

This cafe is designed in the style of a Seattle coffee shop; enjoy the open view and fashionably designed tables. Sip a fresh, richly flavored coffee, or indulge in bread, cookies or sweet cake. Try the Holly Chino for KRW4,000, or a tempting muffin for KRW9,000. Collect ten stamps—one for every coffee purchased—to receive a free cup of coffee. This is a great place to catch up with friends and enjoy some waist-expanding treats.

The Flair

The ‘flair' refers to the throwing, shaking, and spinning of cocktails by the bartenders at this fun and popular night spot. The decor of this bar is modeled after drinking spots found in America. However, it is not the decor that brings in the customers; it is the long cocktail show staged nightly. In addition, two world bartender championship competitions are held here every year. Beer and wine are available in addition to an extensive array of mixed drinks.
