Schloßrestaurant Neuschwanstein

A wonderful place with now doubt, one of my favourites in Germany.
This fantastic castle was built in 1869 ordered by the king Ludwing II (king of Baviera) who wanted a castle which could remind people about farytales and fantastic worlds. For sure he got that, as we can see Disney itself took this castle as inspiration for their sleepy beautys' castle. (you can see a reproduction at disneyland paris)
Placed in an ideal spot, the most wonderful for those lovers of nature. From a small bridge located near the castle you can enjoy the amazing views which will catch your atention completely.
The best is going to the castle within an organised trip so you dont have to be in line, waiting for the tickets because the staff do it for you.
There is a personal guide avaliable in german an english, and if you speak any other languages you can get with your ticket a "recorded tour" avaliable in a lot of languages.
It is extrictly forbidden to take pics or recordings inside the castle.
A place you will never forget where you can live your own fairytale ;)

KZ-Gedenkstätte Dachau

If you are interested in all the events concerning about the second world war, the concetration camp in Dachau is a must for a visit.
It was the first concentration camp set in Germany by the nazis.
I went there in an organised trip with a really cool guide who apart from just showing you the place, told you the complete history of the people who was there.
It really was a nice experience as we could chat with him and exchange different points of view and discussing other issues about the topic. Therefore, we were much more into the story, and it made the visit more interesting is possible.
There is no fee entrance, so you can just go on your own, but I strongly recomend to hire a guide who can make you understand how it really worked.
Nowadays, Dachau is a place which is considered as a symbol in the memorie of those who died there and in general all the victims of the SWW.

BMW Museum

The perfect place for those lovers of cars, and specially for the lovers of the german brand BMW.
After buying the ticket and leaving your bag and stuff (which are not allowed inside the museum) you start on a tour through the different levels of the building which will take you accross the eighty years of history that has BMW. You can also can enjoy visiting the reception of the company where there are also exposed few models of the lastest series and also few bikes.
It is possible to get into the cars so you can know in first hand how does it feel owning a great BMW car.
You can see also a formula 1 car standing there which is quite cool.
In both places the reception and the museum you can find shops where you can find all kind of BMW staff like clothes, bags, books and small models of the cars.
Even not liking cars that much, it was a great day which I enjoyed a lot :)
The entrance fee is of 12.00€ . you can choose between a guided tour or going on your own.
I don't think a guide is necessary because everything is pretty good explained by the museum itself in german and english.

Hofbräuhaus

The Houfbrauhaus is the largest drinking hall in Munich.
Wilhelm V., Duke of Bavaria , had a thirsty and demanding royal household, which was dissatisfied with the beer brewed in Munich. As a result, he decided to build his own brewery.
Nowadays the Houfbrauhaus still brewing a wide variety of beers.
Is a perfect place for enjoying Munichs' more traditional side.
You can find the menu( in English and German) full of traditional Bavarian dishes and even desserts.
The food is great and I didn't found it expensive at all, you can have a bavarian meat loaf with potatoe salad and mustard sauce just for 5'80 €
IF you arrive and see the waiters running everywhere like if the place was set on fire, dont alarm. If you notice that none of them are willing to help you founding a table so you can seat, don't think they are bad educated people. In the Houfbrauhaus it is some kind of tradition looking for a table yourself. No matter if the table is already half occupied by other people (as the place is mostly overcrowded), you just can go and sit with them, the only rule is not sitting on the tables which are already reserved by the regular guests of the brewery which go there weekly, some even daily.
A fantastic place where you can taste the most authentic german flavours.
Great beer, good food and entertainment assured!

Englischer Garten

An ideal place for having a ride with a rented bike.
The englischen garten with an area of 3.7 km2 (1.4 sq mi) t is one of the world's largest urban public parks.
There you can enjoy of a wide variety of activities such as having a lunch in the chinese tower, a bath in the lake, a ride with your bike or hiring a horse through the many circuits are destinated for, lay in the grass for sumbathing while you listen to one of the many people who goes to play music there just for fun.
It is a really nice place for spending a sunny day out.
