Parque Guell, Barcelona

I loved it here! This park is full of architecture, gorgeous landscapes, and the view of Barcelona is incredible! I visited twice while staying in Spain, once in February (when it was rainy and muddy) and then again in March. I don't recommend going in the rain, because lots of the park is dirt and it's really really muddy when wet. But I'm a risk taker! If you go to Barcelona, you cannot pass this place up!

Barri Gòtic

This is a really interesting neighborhood. It's full of winding streets and gorgeous architecture. It's really easy to get lost here, I chose to just wander around until (somehow) I came full circle. There were musicians playing in random parts of the neighborhood, and there was lots of street art. Very interesting!

La Rambla

La Rambla is incredible! It links the center of Barcelona at Placa Catalunya to Port Vell and the Rambla del Mar. It's bordered with restaurants, hostels, hotels, and businesses, and is always full of life and culture. I really enjoyed just spending time walking around here. A must-see experience for anyone traveling to Barcelona!

Museu Picasso

I love Picasso, so I had to visit the Picasso Museum in Barcelona! Located in the La Ribera district, this massive collection of Picasso's work was very much worth seeing! If you're not a huge Picasso fan, there's not a lot there to see, but if you like Picasso, you must go here!

L'aquarium De Barcelona

I love aquariums, and I enjoyed Barcelona's very much! It's very easy to find, as it's located right down in Port Vell across the Rambla del Mar. My favorite feature was this extensive moving sidewalk underneath a large tank, where you could just see the ocean unfolding around you (which is what I chose to picture because I loved it so much!) A definite family-fun attraction!

Sagrada Familia, Barcelona

This is an incredible piece of architecture. If you have the time to wait and you're not there when they've got it closed, you can go inside. I didn't get to go in, but the architecture and the view from the outside was well worth making the trip to see it. Simply gorgeous!

Barceloneta Beach IV

This was the only beach I visited while in Barcelona, but I loved it. It had a gorgeous coastline view, and wasn't overcrowded (but I was there in February). Very easy to access, just a stop off the metro and you're just a few minutes walk from the ocean!
