An early summer visit to Trefethen this year inspired me to seek out wineries that had beautiful gardens.

Frog's Leap is GREEN and delicious, from the tasting deck (room) to the fresh peaches plucked from trees in their beautiful gardens.

The wine is only rivaled by the the architecture. The Quintessa Tasting Room is gorgeous and inviting.

Heirloom tomatoes and Buffalo mozzarella is only the beginning of the farm to tables delights that make up the fresh and petite menu at COOK.
