Kamikaze Kanyon

Kamikaze Kanyon is an extreme adventure offered by Abseil Africa. This trail offers a full day of heart pounding adrenaline. Start the day by hiking up a rugged river gorge, after a while you arrive at a series of rock pools. This is where you get to give Kloofing a try. Kloofing you may ask? Kloofing is the act of jumping from 3 meters to 22 meters high into the rock pools below. This does not only sound crazy - it is crazy! Kloofing is not for the faint of heart but is sure to get the blood flowing and is a must do for adrenaline junkies.

Mountain Biking

* Carry everything in a rucksack to keep arms and hands free. <br>
* Always watch the weather and time and turn back as soon as bad weather threatens or if the route is no longer easy to follow. <br>
* Stay put in the event of trouble. Dont try to force your way down in darkness or mist. Find shelter, especially from the wind (To avoid the risk of hypothermia- Ed) <br>
* If you get lost or find yourself in an area that looks unsafe- retrace your steps. <br>

Huey
