Hillwood Museum & Gardens

The Hillwood Museum features the most comprehensive collection of Russian imperial art outside of Russia and a world-renowned collection of eighteenth-century French decorative art and furnishings. The collection includes Fabergé eggs, Russian porcelain, Russian Orthodox icons, Beauvais tapestries, and Sèvres porcelain. It also hosts a number of Christmas activities including a wreath workshop, a Russian winter festival, and a Christmas sale.

United States Government White House: Tour Information

The White House Christmas Tour is one of the most sought-after tours in DC. It shows unique themed Christmas decorations including elaborate gingerbread houses created by the White House chef.

Alexandria Convention & Visitor's Association

On December 5, 2009 see dozens of festively decorated pleasure boats light up the sky along the Potomac River. The parade begins at Alexandria's waterfront and culminates at Washington Channel at Water St. off of Maine Avenue, Washington, DC.
