Capilla Real

The Royal Chapel is the place where you find the tombs of the Catholic King and Queen, Fernando and Isabel, the latter famous for funding the trips of Cristopher Colombus in his quest for a new route to India, and leading to the discovery of America. this chapel is inside the Cathedral of Granada.

Palacio de Carlos I

This palace was built by orders of Charles I, better known as Charles V in an unprecedented architectural design consisting i a square building with an oval in the center of it marking the yard. A little bit confusing this disposition. the palace was built inside the complex that is the Alhambra and today is a museum of Arts.

La Alhambra

This complex of buildings is one of the most beautiful set of palaces and fortifications in the world, its beauty in the details is just compared to the beauty of its gardens, this complex was built by the Muslims occupying the city of Granada. It is a work of art in itself.

Alhambra de Granada y Generalife

the Generalife was a place of rest for the Muslims rulers of Granada, it has a Nazarí Arab style, and is a set of gardens, fountains and a villa. Along with its neighbor, the Alhambra it constitutes a work of art of the Arab architecture.

Albaicín

Being in the Albaicín is magical is like standing in a different world, by walking its narrow, maze like streets, and enjoying the simple and old beauty this neighborhood has to offer as the oldest set of houses in Granada, occupied by a Hispanic-Muslim-Gypsy population. A gift from the past.
