Rest your feet and enjoy a fruity drink (complete with a decorative umbrella) on the terra-cotta patio. There is a full menu of sandwiches and salads. Drinks are pricey, but the atmosphere is very upper-crust. You'll feel positively decadent and oh-so-on-vacation.

Columbia Inn

American and local comfort food is served at this popular restaurant in Kaimuki. The menu offers a variety of burgers, sandwiches, salads, Asian noodle dishes and classic American entrees. Signature menu items include Broke da Mouf Beef Stew, Oxtail Soup and Super Saimin. All American entrees come with bread, veggies and potato. A full kid's menu is available.

Lewers Lounge

Located in the legendary Halekulani Hotel, this is a place to relax and enjoy the good life. The richly decorated lounge is old fashioned and clubby; dim lighting and piano entertainment add to the decadent atmosphere. Service is polished and knowledgeable, and the selection of liquors, beers and wines is excellent. Sip a cognac or a brandy and enjoy the balmy night air. While no place in Hawaii requires formal dress, this place comes close. Upscale resortwear is requested.

Legends Sports Pub

Legends is the kind of sports pub that visits most guys in their dreams. Loud, crowded, good food and alcohol and not to mention, a SPORTS GAME! Be it football, rugby, ice hockey, basketball, golf (OK, not golf), most major sporting events are telecast here via satellite from across the continents. If on the off chance you're here when there's no game on, well, there's always the in-house darts tournament to look forward to.
