Le Harem

Le Baoli is the place to be in Cannes starting in May, for the famous film festival. You'll have to dress to impress the bouncer, unless you eat at the restaurant first. Reservations are only taken for the VIP tables, which costs a pretty penny, so instead, arrive early to scope out a table in the regular section of the dining room. This high-end brasserie is open seven days a week and is quite popular thanks to its prime location on the Croisette. Le Vesuvio

Named after the famous Italian volcano, this restaurant is located between two prestigious hotels: the Carlton and the Martinez. Its cuisine is bursting with Italian flavors. Start with antipasti (similar to French hors d'oeuvres), consisting of cold meats, peppers in olive oil, and other bite-sized delicacies. Pasta and pizza also feature on the menu, along with a wide variety of meat and seafood dishes. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service is very professional.
