Sokos Hotel Torni

The very central Hotel Torni is one of Helsinki's most visible and stylish buildings. Both the hotel's exterior appearance and the rooms exude elegance. Torni has special historical importance, at least for older Finns, as the Russian members of the post-WWII Security Commission were accommodated here. On the 14th floor of the building, the bar Ateljee offers fantastic views, whereas on the ground floor, you will find the traditional Irish Pub O'Malley's. In the immediate vicinity you'll find the Forum shopping center, Stockmann department store and dozens of restaurants, nightclubs and cafes. The hotel also has four saunas for you to relax in.

Scandic Hotel Simonkenttä

The main railway station is 300 meters away, and the harbor one and a half kilometers away. The design is like Finland itself these days - modern, efficient, and ecological. Wood is the main material in the interiors, especially in the rooms. All of them are well equipped, with double beds, and many of them have private sauna compartments by the balcony, with a nice view over the city skyline.

Radisson SAS Royal Hotel Helsinki

This contemporary hotel is located on the outskirts of the city center, next to Kamppi metro station. There are a lot of restaurants and cafés near by, and it is quick and easy to get anywhere in the city on foot, by taxi or by bus. Although there are not many important sights right outside the hotel, you can visit the Temppeliaukio church with ease from here. Some of the rooms and all weekend stays include a buffet breakfast. All rooms include a visit to the sauna in the morning or evening. Scandinavian, Oriental, Italian, and Art Deco rooms are available. Business rooms are the largest and most peaceful in the hotel, and come with a personal safe. There are restaurants, a bar, saunas, gym and solarium, and aerobics classes are offered.

Sokos Hotel Presidentti

Sokos Hotel Presidentti was completely renovated in 2007 to offer better rooms, restaurants, and facilities for its many guests. It is one of the best hotels in Finland and boasts an enviable location in the center of the city.
