London Heathrow Marriott Hotel

The London Heathrow Marriott is a large and modern hotel very close to the airport. Visitors waiting for flights can keep up-to-date with the latest airline information in the business center. Heathrow itself doesn't have much to offer except the airport, but Central London is within easy reach as Paddington is only 15 minutes away on the Heathrow Express. The hotel is also a good base for exploring non-central attractions like Windsor Castle, Ascot and Hampton Court. Guests can make use of the hotel's indoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium, steam room, spa, gym and fitness centre, and there's a choice of five on-site restaurants and bars. Winner of the "Best Business Conference Venue", 2001, this hotel has 28 meeting rooms accommodating 450 people. These include the York Theatre with a 35 foot panoramic screen and microphones and TV monitors for each delegate. There are also five large suites including the Wessex Ballroom.

Travel Inn

This Travel Inn is located close to City Airport, just three miles from the Blackwall Tunnel, and within a minute's walk of the Docklands Light Railway. It's fairly basic, but you can always soak up the atmosphere in the adjacent Brewers Fayre restaurant.

Holiday Inn London - Brent Cross

This hotel is not the most central, but it boasts of easy access from outside London due to its close proximity to the M1 motorway on the A406 North Circular. Central London can be reached in 20 minutes by tube, and the hotel has free parking. Standard rooms are comfortable with everything you need from a more moderate hotel. Prices are per room.

Hilton London Heathrow Airport

This large, modern hotel is located adjacent to the airport with a covered walkway linking directly with Heathrow's Terminal 4. It is especially popular with business travelers as it provides all the amenities to make a world-class exposition or meeting. It is also close to the Heathrow Express terminal which takes you to central london in less than 15 minutes. If you brought your car, don't worry, the hotel lies directly across from both the M4 and M25, making it easy for those looking to explore the Island.

Crowne Plaza London Heathrow

Situated just 10 minutes from Heathrow - and with a bus service to all four terminals - this luxury hotel was refurbished in 1998 and is designed for both business and leisure visitors. It is close to the M4 motorway and about half an hour from central London.

Hendon Hall Hotel

The elegant Georgian Hendon Hall Hotel is set in its own grounds in a quiet London suburb. The original building was known as Hendon Manor and dates from the 1500s. It has a turbulent history, and in the late 18th century was owned by David Garrick, the actor and manager of the Drury Lane Theatre. A memorial to him stands in the grounds. The hotel has been tastefully refurbished to reflect its history.

Radisson Edwardian Heathrow Hotel

Described by Business Traveller magazine as "the most luxurious airport hotel", Radisson Edwardian Heathrow Hotel is certainly impressive. It has huge lounges and restaurants, one of London's top conference and banqueting centres, and a massive atrium with a heated pool and spa. It's also just five minutes from Heathrow Airport, and from there a 15 minute journey to central London on the Heathrow Express.

Madonna Halley Hotel

Set in a quiet, residential area with good access to the motorway network, and to London's underground train system, this is a striking hotel. It has been decorated by artist potter Tulis Florides and his team and their creations include tiles, columns, arches, pots and washbasins.

Channins Hounslow Hotel

Although Feltham isn't the most inspiring part of London, it is convenient for Heathrow airport. This hotel offers good value accommodation, and car parking for Heathrow.

Spring Park Hotel

This value-for-money Edwardian-style hotel overlooks Finsbury Park and is close to Manor House underground station, with speedy links to the West End and Heathrow Airport.

Benvenuti

This small, welcoming and high standard bed and breakfast known as Benvenuti is a family-run establishment. It is situated close to a train station. By rail, it is just a 25 minute journey into central London. It is also convenient for many of the local motorways and main roads, and it's not far from Greenwich.

Sheraton Skyline Hotel & Conference Centre

Sheraton Skyline Hotel and Conference Centre boasts about having the largest and quietest bedrooms near Heathrow airport. It also has an indoor heated swimming pool and recently renovated tropical garden, a gym and a large conference suite. Three restaurants, two bars and the Tchibo Coffee Lounge. Food is also available in the Square, the heated indoor pool and tropical garden. All rooms are en suite and have direct modem access, voice messaging and TV on-line flight information.
