Khana Khazana

Within walking distance of major offices and the 香港會議展示中心 (Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre), a wide array of North-Indian, South-Indian and Inter-Continental (obviously, with an Indian touch) cuisine is offered. It is the only Indian Vegetarian Restaurant on Hong Kong Island. In a neighborhood that is famous for its bars and nightlife, Khana Khazana provides an atmosphere of privacy and quiet where you can relax and enjoy a glass of beer or wine with signature tandoori dishes. M Bar

Guzzle on the breathtaking views of Hong Kong from this bar on the 25th floor of the Mandarin Oriental. Bite into Cantonese tapas by the Cantonese specialty restaurant Man Wah. The height, the floor to ceiling glass windows, the velvet interiors and the heady cocktails make for a "dizzying" experience. It is the perfect setting for an enigmatic evening.

Lotus Restaurant & Cocktail Lounge is an Australian style bar and restaurant with modern Asian cuisine gracing most of the menu. Café Causette

This stylish cafe at the Mandarin Oriental is a fashionable place to dine and drink all day. The ever changing world of fashion is displayed at the cafe. The walls are draped in yellow silk and the banquettes in Chanel. The menu is as varied as fashion—Chinese, Asian, Mediterranean, Italian, French. The recipes are a trendy mix and match of flavors. Try the pizzas with a hint of the orient and the Mediterranean salads.

Cafe on the 1st

Situated within Excelsior Hotel, Cafe on the 1st is a perfect place to have relaxed meals. This place is famous for its lunch and dinner buffets and very deservingly so. International menu served is ideal for tourists who do not have experimenting palate. Besides, there is also an extensive Asian menu to choose from. Judicious usage of lights and furniture make for a comfortable ambiance. Opens daily at 6.30 am.

Yun Fu

Located in Central Hong Kong, in the basement of the building that also houses the group's Tivo, this restaurant serves Chinese cuisine from diverse regions like Shanghai, Beijing and Tibet. The most famous and delicious dishes include the Roasted whole duck marinated in Chinese tea leaves, Wok fried fish fillet and marinated lamb ribs roasted with various herbs. Some of their signature cocktail menu includes traditional Chinese wines and liquor. Chinese culture and art is reflected in this restaurant's decor. The circular bar, Chinese baskets and waved ceiling are worth noticing. A good place to savor diverse regional Chinese cuisine.

Frog Face Fish

Frog Face Fish is all about fish and seafood. Basically serving Western-style menu, the restaurant serves you the most delicious of cuisines. The chefs are appointed do their best to bring out the finest of flavor. The restaurant's menu keeps on changing as they constantly work on bringing something new for you. You can even plan a perfect romantic dinner or a business luncheon at Frog Face Fish for which this place has an excellent setting and marvelous food too.

Nobu

This place derives its name from the Japanese master chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, who owns restaurants all over the world. The Nobu chain of restaurants is famous for its dynamic Japanese cuisine. Worth trying out are the famous Fresh Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Black Cod Saikyo Yaki and Toro Tartar with Caviar and chocolate fondant with green tea ice-cream. The Omakase is an eight course menu, which is an excellent way to explore modern Japanese cuisine. This 140 seater restaurant offers fantastic views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong's citylife.

Caprice

French Cuisine is one of the most globally popular and preferred cuisines round the world. Get a taste of an elaborate French meal here at the Caprice. Located within Four Seasons Hotel, this upscale diner dishes out savories that are mouth watering to say the least. Try a Pâté en Croûte or a Venison Fillet with Italian White Pork, all accompanied by wine. Ambient lighting, elegant decor and great food make for a wonderful dining experience. Doors open for dinner daily at 6pm.

EXpresso

True to its name, this place serves awesome espresso. EXpresso is located within Excelsior Hotel, and is ideal for hanging out with friends to catch up with the latest gossip. Or perhaps sit back and relax after a long day. The cozy ambience is perfect for business meetings as well. Relish on gourmet sandwiches and salads along with your cuppa. Warm croissants and egg tarts for breakfast are absolutely recommended. Friendly staff is of course an added advantage.

Wagyu

With its dimly lit ambiance and elegantly done interiors, Wagyu is a welcoming place to sit and dine. This place gets its name from a particular kind of steak which is famous for its marbling, great flavor and tenderness which Wagyu specializes in. The restaurant mainly serves Australian cuisine but also gets some of the finest of dishes from all over Asia. There are also tempting desserts. You can sip some of the fine teas and coffee which the restaurant offers you.
