Muottas Muragl

Muttas Muragl is a great place for Snow hiking and/ or sleighing. We were very fortunate to have a sunny and not windy weather for this philosophic walk.

Piz Nair

Piz Nair 3057m has a very nice panorama restaurant. Nice for a nice break and quick lunch before continue skiing.

Sörenberg, 6174 Flühli

- Went there in May 2008, Spring, very hot that day, almost 30 degree Celcius.
- Was cruising around and found a farm house which you can buy cheese directly, also had a milkshake there. Special experience in the middle of no where.

- There is a Bobsleigh there which the kids always like.


If go again, will definitely visit Kneippanlage Schwandalpweiher Flueli, the water therapy walk, here is the website: www.fluehli-wasser.ch, very unique experience, a walk in the water.

I would also go hiking, the region of Entlebuch is the only Swiss biosphere reserve and was placed on the UNESCO list of these 400 specially protected regions in 2001.


If not can try The Panorama Route Express run by Postbus via Sörenberg through the UNESCO Biosphere Entlebuch near Lucerne.
