Vejer de la Frontera

A stunning white hilltop town with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside including the Moroccan coast to the south. Very close to some of the Costa de la Luz’s most beautiful beaches.

Cadiz

Although some of the buildings are in a bit of a state of disrepair the old town of Cadiz has enormous charm, some great seafood restaurants and, in February, one of the biggest ‘Carnival’ celebrations in Spain.

Jerez de la Frontera

Famous for its horses and its sherry, any trip to Jerez isn’t complete without a visit to one of its many famous Bodegas where you can learn how the sherry’s made and get to taste the end product.

Arcos de la Frontera

This pretty white town is perched on top of an escarpment with views for miles around. Its streets are very narrow in places so it’s best to park outside town if arriving by car.

Tarifa

A charming, historic town which can get very windy and therefore is now the self-proclaimed capital of windsurfing. It’s also a great place to take whale and dolphin spotting trips from.
