Rent a sailboat here. Safer than sailing in SF bay. If you don't know how to sail, rent a canoe or a paddleboat. :)

Fantastic food and fantastic service. Ask for a table next to the wall where you can sit side by side with your date. Amazing cheese cart dessert option.
