Virgin Active have a number of gyms throughout London and some of them have spas attached. It's a great way to enjoy a couple of hours without spending a fortune. I went to the one in Notting Hill and was very happy.

Luxury spa located outside of Edinburgh. The spa is housed in a former castle. It's like going back in time! Wonderful gardens, an array of treatments, steam room, sauna and pool. We stayed for the weekend and felt like kings and queens.

There are three centre parcs in Greta Britain and they offer fun for all the family. I visited the parc at Elveden and enjoyed a day at their Indonesian themed spa. Choose to relax in the Japaense Salt Steam bath or the Indian Blossom Steam room or perhaps some time in the Greek Herbal Bath. Lots of choice and not overly expensive.
