Hotel San Gil

The building dates from 1901 and is next to Parliament and 200m from Isla Mágica. The entrance hall is decorated with tiles from the original home. The interior patio and garden, in a gallery style, is presided over by a 100 year-old cypress tree. Here you can enjoy the orange, olive, and lemon trees, and the numerous mosaics from the turn of the last century.

Hotel Ciudad de Sevilla

A modern and stylish hotel located close to María Luisa Park and Plaza de España. The foyer has a lovely marble floor whilst the upper levels are all carpeted. The bedrooms offer lots of extras and most of them have windows overlooking internal patios. From the third floor upwards you can look out over the swimming-pool. Only the suites have large open private terraces.

Las Casas del Rey de Baeza

This hotel is located in the heart of the city just a few steps away from the Casa de Pilatos and the San Leandro and Santa María de Jesús convents. It is also just a few minutes from the shopping district. The building dates from the 18th century and is surrounded by palaces and other historic buildings. It is named after an important ally of King Fernando III who helped him conquer Seville in 1248. The city was divided into sections and this house was awarded to the son of the Moorish King of Baeza. The hotel preserves the traditional architecture of this ancient area of the city. The rooms are large and many of them include a sitting room.

Hostal Naranjo

Located just a few meters from Plaza Nueva, which houses Town Hall, and close to the downtown shopping district. You can walk just about anywhere without having to take use other forms of transport. The early twentieth-century building which houses the hotel is full of character and used to belong to a celebrated doctor. Built as an extended-stay hotel in 1992, it has 83 apartments and 18 studios. The apartments can accommodate up to 4 people, and the studios can fit 2. Located in one of the new residential areas of the city and across from the Trade Fair Pavilion. Apartamentos Patios de La Cartuja

Opened in 1992 for the Universal Expo 92, these apartments provide a privileged location - only five minutes from the Puente de la Barqueta, one of the main access routes to Expo 92. Today, this bridge leads you to the Isla Mágica Amusement Park. They are also about 15min from the historical quarter. All the apartments have the same floor plan: a double bedroom, a living room with a pull-out sofa, full bath, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Prices do not include VAT (7%).

Hotel América

Built in 1976 and renovated in 1998, the hotel offers a classic yet modern style. Located in a privileged spot in the heart of the shopping area of the city and just a few minutes from the historical and monumental areas. It is also only about 10min from Isla Mágica Amusement Park. The cafeteria is a meeting place for many Seville residents and is accessible from the street. Prices listed do not include 7% VAT.

Apartamentos Resitur

Located in the famous Triana area, next to Calle Betis, these apartments hotel always fills up well before Semana Santa. Built in 1976, but totally refurbished in time for the 1992 Expo. They are all studio type apartments, with full bathroom facilities and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and microwave. Apartments are cleaned daily and the service is of a high standard. Apartamentos Los Angeles

These one key apartments are located in the heart of the city's shopping district, in the pedestrianized Calle San Eloy. The building is an old house dating from the early 1900s, and it was converted into tourist apartments in time for the 1992 Universal Expo. Many of the features of the old house have been preserved: the facade, the staircases and the main courtyard at the entrance, which has some pretty, typically Sevillian tiles.Prices listed do not include 7% VAT.

Hostal Picasso

This hostel is built around a typical city center house. It is in a prime location, just 40m from the Reales Alcázares and the cathedral, right in the heart of the old town. The owner wanted to decorate the hostel with the same colors as the paintings by the famous Málaga painter, Pablo Picasso, so the whole building is full of bright colors, though the structure of the original house has been preserved and you can still see some beautiful Andalusian tiles.
