Grand Modesto's

A well-known name in partying and dining, this classy and impressive establishment is always packed with customers. Featuring a huge dance floor and DJ console, the place sets just the right mood for merrymaking with the great mix of contemporary, pop rock and dance music. A longish bar area together with several pool tables is located on the ground level, while the upper area offers a superb overview of the two stages. Specializing in Italian food, some favourites include Spaghetti Vongole, Gamberoni alla Vodka and Bruschetta. Likewise, wines comprise a good mix of both the Old and New Worlds.

Zouk

This club can hold over 1,000 people and it's the place to be on the weekend. Created in 1991, this club has something for everyone. There is a wide variety of music, from house to progressive, there are four different dance rooms with different music, so if you don't like the song in one room head to another to dance the night away. There have also been live acts, including Bjork, Grace Jones and the Chemical Brothers.

Poppy

For a great night out head to Poppy for both dining and dancing. There is a large dining area that serves Thai cuisine, but after 10p the tables are cleared and set aside so there is a large dance floor. The nightclub offers a wide selection of music all in the same building. You can head to different levels of the building to find the perfect song to dance to. If you get too hot the VIP area has a swimming pool.

Asian Heritage Row

Asian Heritage Row is a long row of refurbished buildings that house a wide variety of cuisine. Locals and tourists alike head to the Asian Heritage Row for entertainment and dinning. For Malaccan Portuguese head to Kristao Restaurant and Bar or for a snack the Bisou Bake Shop can't be beat. The Asian Heritage Row contains various nightclubs, including the Loft KL and the Rupee Room.
