Letaba camp

The Letaba restcamp is situated on the banks of the Letaba river. Letaba means “river of sand”, the sandy riverbed makes for excellent game viewing. The camp a restaurant, curio shop, most other needed amenities and has 80 camping sites, 86 bungalows, 10 Guest Cottages and other luxury guest houses. This area is a Malaria Zone so be sure to take precationary medication well in advance. Also remember that ALL the animals in Kruger are wild even if spotted in the rest camps, do not walk up to any game, even some of the buck species have been known to kill if they felt threatened, so be careful and enjoy your stay.
