Yosemite National Park, Yosemite National Park, 95389, CA, United States
Yosemite National Park is unarguably one of the most beautiful areas in the United States. With an abundance of nature and wildlife reserves, the park transports visitors into a completely different world. It is home to many different animal species that are well taken care of. Several camping and trekking options makes this park a favorite among a large number of visitors thronging here every year.

This place is beautiful. There are lots of outdoors activities and great campgrounds to make your trip memorable. The contrast of granite, greenery, and glaciers is stunning to say the least.

Yosemite offers greater variety of experiences than any other park in California. From the immense, glacier-carved granite domes to the lush forest, Yosemite presents campers with the brilliant contrasts of nature. There are several camping options. There are semi-luxurious lodges for those who want the comforts of home. There is the main campground, where hundreds of visitors rent out large, fixed-floor tents and live in a semi-communal setting. And there is the option to camp under the stars in one of the Park's designated camp grounds.

Yosemite National Park is one of the most famous and popular National Parks in the world, hosting 3.5 million visitors per year. Although the park is over 761,266 acres, most guests only stay within the seven square mile Yosemite Valley. The park is most famous for its striking granite cliffs, waterfalls, and Sequoia grove. The most popular destinations for hiking are Half Dome and El Capitan. The park is mostly dry except for parts of the winter.

It's a great place to go if you want a variety of different things to see. There's the tourist friendly Yosemite Valley and the rugged wilderness only a few miles away. It also provides a look at lost wilderness as well, at Hetch-Hetchy Dam. Overall, the park is well rounded and great if you just want to get out there.

Drove the north route which was awesome seeing the lakes, canyons and granite domes. It was evening do the sun shining was magnificent and a crested moon rose above the domes.

Would have enjoyed the south/west entrance to see the giant redwoods!

Half Dome trail is great. So is Four Mile Trail. Also, the rangers do an astronomy thing at night that is awesome.

On top of Half Dome. It's a nice little climb. :)
