Day 1: Depart the USA

Depart the USA for Egypt. Your flight
includes meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment for your
journey

Day 2: Arrive in Cairo

Arrive in Cairo and transfer to your
hotel in the Heliopolis area. Balance of the day at leisure

Day 3: Flight to Aswan, Embark Cruise

Early morning departure
for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, transfer to board your Nile cruise ship, which serves
as your floating hotel for the next four nights. Afternoon at leisure

Day 4: Aswan High Dam, Cruise to Edfu

This morning, view
the Aswan High Dam, the granite quarries with the unfinished Obelisk, and
Philae's Temple of Isis. Afterwards, sail to Kom Ombo to visit the
Ptolemaic Temple, built in honor of gods Horus and Sobek. Overnight:

Day 5: Temple of Horus, Cruise to Luxor

Today, visit the
2000-year-old Temple of Horus. Standing as Egypt's best preserved temple
and second largest after Karnak, the Temple of Horus is a compelling
construction both in terms of size and intricacy. In the afternoon, sail
via Esna to Luxor, the ancient Egyptian city of Thebes Overnight:

Day 6: Valleys of the Kings & Queens

Today, visit the
famed Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, the Colossi of
Memnon, and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Enjoy the balance of the day

Day 7: Disembark Cruise, Temples of Karnak & Luxor

This morning, visit the Temples of Karnak
and Luxor as well as the famous Avenue of Sphinxes. Disembark the cruise

Day 8: Flight to Cairo

Transfer to the airport in Luxor for

Day 9: Full Day Cairo Tour

A day of sightseeing includes an
up-close panoramic view of the Pyramids of Cheops, Khefren, and Mycerinus,
a visit to the Sphinx, and the Valley Temple. Continue to visit the
world-renowned Egyptian Museum, with its treasures of King Tutankhamon and
artifacts dating back some 3,350 years. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant
nearby. After lunch, visit the Citadel, the medieval fortress of
Salah-El-Din, the Mosque of Mohammed Ali, and the Khan El Khalili Bazaar
