Yukari Sakamoto is the author of "Food Sake Tokyo" to be published by The Little Bookroom in the spring of 2010. Yukari currently conducts culinary adventures in Tokyo as well as cooking classes. Trained as a chef and sommelier, her husband is a buyer at Tsukiji Market.
